http://repository.vnu.edu.vn/handle/VNU_123/11432 Background: Utility estimates are important health outcomes for economic evaluation of care and treatment interventions for patients with HIV/AIDS.  We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of utility measurements to examine the performance of preference-based instruments, estimate health utility of patients with HIV/AIDS by disease stages, and investigate changes in their health utility over the course of antiretroviral treatment.  Methods: We searched PubMed/Medline, Cochrane Database of Systematic Review, NHS Economic Evaluation Database and Web of Science for English-language peer-reviewed papers published during 2000–2013. http://repository.vnu.edu.vn/handle/VNU_123/32626 The continental shelf of central Vietnam is characterized by complex geological structures in a strike-slip setting and thus by unique morphology compared to other parts of the Vietnam shelf.  Studying the Pliocene-Quaternary sediments in this area allows the processes that control the stratigraphic evolution to be highlighted.  In this paper, we present new results derived from high resolution seismic data that reveal the geological evolution of the continental shelf of central Vietnam during the Pliocene-Quaternary.  Our results demonstrate that the continental shelf of central Vietnam is narrow relatively to other parts of the Vietnam shelf.  The evolution of the shelf during the Pliocene-Quaternary was controlled by the pre-Pliocene rifting process.  However, fault systems below the present shelf were not strongly active during the Pliocene-Quaternary period, except for several listric faults in the slope.  Nonetheless,

Enhancing skill development is considered essential for students, not only to pursue their study, but also for their success later, at work and in life. The results suggest that though there is evidence of effort to change, to include and to develop soft skills in the system, the central-controlled curriculum, the traditional teaching method, the prevalence of passiveness among students and cultural features all hinder the effort of developing skills for university students.
